How long will my order take to ship?
Because each piece is carefully packed and shipped by hand, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be sent. It’s just me here, taking the time to make sure everything arrives safely and beautifully. All parcels are shipped with tracking and require a signature on delivery.
Can I pick up my order in Melbourne?
Yes! If you’re Melbourne-based, you’re welcome to collect your piece in person or I can arrange a local drop-off. Just select this option at checkout and I’ll be in touch to coordinate details.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. Please note that customs or import duties may apply once your order arrives in your country — these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Because all works are handmade and one-of-a-kind, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Each piece may have small variations or marks from the making process — these are part of its character and charm.
That said, I want you to love your piece! If you’d like extra photos, descriptions, or details before purchasing, please email me — I’m always happy to help you make sure it’s the right fit.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes! I love hearing from people about their ideas. If you’re interested in a custom piece, please email me with as much detail as you can — size, colour, and inspiration are all helpful — and I’ll let you know if I’m able to take it on.
